One lot of anticoagulant tablets is recalled

A single lot of the drug warfarin -- lot MM5767, which has an expiration date of June 2014 -- is being recalled by Zydus Pharmaceuticals over concerns about tablet size. The affected products were distributed to U.S. retailers, mail order providers and wholesalers in November and December. No reports of patient injury or harm have been made to Zydus.
