Upfront volume is down for Fox, up for NBC

A general ratings decline and dwindling audience for the longtime hit "American Idol" has led to about 10% less upfront ad volume for Fox. However, bundling with NBCUniversal properties is expected to produce higher volume for NBC, even when "Sunday Night Football" isn't considered.
