Zydus to recall single lot of warfarin after complaints

A single lot of the drug warfarin -- lot MM5767, which has an expiration date of June 2014 -- is being recalled by Zydus Pharmaceuticals following complaints about tablet size. The affected products were distributed to U.S. retailers, mail order providers and wholesalers in November and December 2012. The company said no reports of patient injury or harm have been brought to their attention.
