Charter workers get $18 million in compensation dispute

Charter Communications employees will be paid $18 million by the company after a class-action lawsuit alleging the employer didn't pay overtime to field technicians for some tasks such as time spent loading a company vehicle. Although it agreed to the settlement, Charter denied liability.
