Government says BofA hindered the review of foreclosures

The Housing and Urban Development's inspector general's office said that Bank of America "hindered" its review of foreclosures backed by the Federal Housing Administration. "Our review was significantly hindered by Bank of America's reluctance to allow us to interview employees or provide data and information in a timely manner," according to William Nixon, an assistant regional inspector general for HUD.
