Fathers are increasingly seeking work-life balance, experts say

As the household roles of men and women converge, fathers are becoming more comfortable expressing their desire for work-life balance, experts say. "I think that more and more men who are trying, like women have been, to balance work and family are being more vocal about their needs," says Aaron Rochlen, a professor at the University of Texas at Austin who studies men and masculinity.
