Italian soccer referee, Pierluigi Collina, was forced to retiree at age 45 due to Fifa rules. But he manages to keep himself busy as a coach to CEOs who see parallels between his officiating and their internal wars. As Collina says, "You cannot be accepted because you are a CEO. You are accepted because you have shown everybody that your way to run a company is correct."
