The company uses Google products for messaging, office meetings, and phones; Skype for long-distance calls; microblogging app Yammer to manage employees; and WebsiteAlive for customer service. They also use Meetup, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, and Google Analytics to promote their product and track success.
