Obama: Oil disaster is "most painful" reminder for energy reform

President Barack Obama used his first Oval Office address Tuesday to urge Congress to pass clean-energy legislation that will lead the way to ending U.S. dependence on fossil fuels. The Gulf of Mexico oil spill is "the most painful and powerful reminder yet that the time to embrace a clean-energy future is now," Obama said.
