Employee engagement is boosted by CSR, survey shows

Active CSR programs have a significant positive effect on companies' employee engagement, customer-service records and performance in the marketplace, according to research from the Kenexa High Performance Institute. A survey of 30,000 workers in 21 countries found high levels of engagement among 89% of workers at companies with strong CSR records, compared with just 21% at companies with lesser sustainability records.
