Microsoft builds Windows 8 library with developer payoffs

Pandora, Jetpack Joyride and Temple Run might be among the unnamed developers that have reportedly been paid $100,000 or more to write for the Windows 8 platform, Jacob Kastrenakes writes. Also, Microsoft's updates for Azure Mobile Services include support for Android push notices in Notification Hubs, custom APIs and support for Git source control, Frederic Lardinois writes. Regarding the Notifications Hubs, Microsoft has added Android broadcasting via Google Cloud Messaging in addition to MS Open Tech.
