Outgoing Texas city manager to stick around for budget work

Dallas First Assistant City Manager A.C. Gonzalez will become interim city manager, given City Council approval, when City Manager Mary Suhm resigns July 1. However, Suhm will work with the city until January to help work out next year's budget and close a $22.7 million deficit.
