Social media changes recruiting rules

As social media becomes a bigger part of recruiting, hiring managers say there are new rules job candidates need to know. Recruiters are wary of job seekers who have not recently updated online profiles complete with recommendations, who share e-mail addresses with spouses or who commit faux pas such as trying to "friend" an executive on Facebook.
