$4 billion planned to improve Los Angeles World Airports sites

Los Angeles International Airport will receive the bulk of more than $4 billion earmarked for capital improvement projects by Los Angeles World Airports. The spending will take place over five years and include a new terminal, terminal upgrades and runway safety improvements.
