Gastric bypass patients who regain weight may benefit from TORe

Transoral outlet reduction fared better than sham treatment in improving body weight and waist size at three and six months in gastric bypass patients who regained weight following the procedure, a study presented at Digestive Disease Week indicated. Researchers did not observe adverse events or device-related complications with the procedure.
