A public education campaign is being prepared by the Obama administration to connect directly with 2.7 million U.S. citizens with limited or no health coverage in the months before implementation of a key piece of the Affordable Care Act. The effort mostly will focus on male, largely nonwhite 18-to-35-year-olds. People who are young and uninsured are considered the most crucial population for ACA's success.
