Scripps nets look to AOL for new growth

Video content from Scripps' cable networks such as HGTV, DIY and Food Network will begin appearing this summer on a variety of AOL channels, including AOL Video, AOL Food, AOL Home and Slashfood. "These short highlights allow our fans an additional access point, and introduce a new audience to our brands," said Deanna Brown, president of the interactive group for Scripps Networks. "The partnership also supports our strategy of growing a wide footprint in the categories of home, food and living."
