Ky. revises health plan to let hospitals add NICU beds

Kentucky hospitals are adding NICU beds since the state revised its health care plan to allow the additional space and added a fourth NICU designation. Hospitals are asking the state for permission to upgrade their NICUs to allow the higher-level care for infants.
