Online training could address unemployment, underemployment

With more people finding themselves unemployed or underemployed -- or owing thousands in student loans -- online job training offers the opportunity to learn new skills in a timely, affordable fashion. Requiring online job training to receive unemployment benefits may also address issues of unemployment fraud, according to a recent report.
