Passengers are more satisfied with U.S. airlines in 2013, poll says

U.S. airlines received higher passenger-satisfaction scores from fliers in 2013, according to the American Customer Satisfaction Index. The interview-based index rated major domestic carriers at 67 of 100 in 2012 and at 69 of 100 this year.
