Above-knee amputee Chris Bairstow is the first person in Delaware, and one of only a few dozen in the U.S., to wear an advanced prosthetic knee and leg called Power Knee. The Power Knee, manufactured by Ossur, employs motion sensors and wireless links to give Bairstow a more natural walking style and reduce the stress on his other leg. "The knee is very intuitive. It's designed to work the same way as their limb did," said Todd Schweizer, a regional manager for Ossur.
