Apple TV boxes now offer HBO, ESPN programs for streaming

The Apple TV set-top box can now provide programs from ESPN and HBO for cable-television customers who subscribe to those channels, according to Apple. Meanwhile, Apple is planning to sell video advertising on its forthcoming iTunes Radio music-streaming service, John McDermott writes, citing a source briefed on its plans.
