Hagel: Nuclear weapons investments still a priority

The U.S. will continue investing in its nuclear arsenal, Secretary of Defense Chuck Hagel said this week, working to "maintain a ready and credible nuclear deterrent" even if the country works with allies to shrink the nuclear stockpile. The Pentagon this week issued a report saying that while worldwide nuclear war is unlikely, the risk of nuclear attack has grown.
