Mass. city will open library branches inside 4 elementary schools

The city library system will open branches in four elementary schools in Worcester, Mass., to fill a void in neighborhoods where branches have closed and to boost literacy among students in local schools. The libraries will be used solely by students during school hours and available to the public after school and during summer break.
