Social games such as "FarmVille" have plenty to offer CSR advocates, writes Aman Singh. Custom games can be used to communicate CSR goals internally and externally, boosting engagement and ensuring that companies don't bore people with their communication efforts. "It also solves a major nonprofit communication issue for a lot of organizations who are trying to figure out new, more engaging ways of communicating with diverse constituents," says Michelle Byrd, co-president of Games for Change.
