AIA: UAS don't threaten Americans' privacy

Americans' privacy and safety aren't in danger from unmanned aerial systems, says Aerospace Industries Association President and CEO Marion Blakey, and the industry that makes them needs to share that message with the public. In addition, 54% of Americans say they support civilian use of drones, according to a poll. "Surveillance by UAS will never be collecting anything like the kind of data that people are concerned about," Blakey says.
