Cutting anxiety starts with better breathing

Breathing exercises can induce feelings of calm and reduce stress, say St. Louis residents who have participated in breath workshops. "It's really amazingly transformative in a very short period of time, and that’s really important to me," said Darlene Fleming-Bry, a physician's assistant who has participated in the anxiety-relieving breathing classes.
