GameStop, others to benefit from Xbox One policy reversal

Microsoft's decision to not restrict Xbox One users from sharing video games or require the console to log into its servers at least once a day is good news for GameStop, which does brisk business in selling used games. The policy changes are also beneficial for Gamefly and Redbox, which would have been prohibited from renting games for the new Microsoft console.
