Instagram users get Vine-style video option

Facebook's answer to Twitter's Vine is Video on Instagram, a 15-second video format that the social network hopes to turn into an organic advertising platform over time. Burberry, Lululemon and Red Vines are among the brands experimenting with the format. "With Instagram video, we're going see a boom in short, artsy video clips," said Tribal Worldwide Creative Director Jen Stocksmith.
