Stalled wind project in Wyo. may be brought back to life

Polstream USA has acquired a conditional-use permit issued in 1999 for a stalled wind project in Carbon County, Wyo., and is interested in reviving the venture. County officials say the permit, which was issued originally to Terra Moya Aqua Global Wind for the proposed Simpson Ridge wind farm, is still valid. One potential hurdle to the project is that Simpson Ridge is a sage grouse habitat, the officials said.
