UK prepares to sell stakes in rescued banks

The UK could be moving closer to selling its 39% stake in Lloyds Banking Group, Chancellor George Osborne says. Although no timetable has been set, Osborne says he is "actively considering" possibilities. Osborne also has raised the possibility of dividing Royal Bank of Scotland into a "good" and "bad" bank but says selling the government's 81% stake is "some way off".
