Index shows passenger satisfaction with airlines is heading south

The American Customer Satisfaction Index reports that fliers are unhappy with their experience. Airlines scored 65 out of a possible 100 points among fliers, and 61 among business travelers. "We're seeing customers experiencing overall costs going up, but the experience is not getting better. It's going to create a more disgruntled public," said David VanAmburg, the index's managing director.
