N.Y. regulators approve 216-MW wind project

The New York State Public Service Commission gave its approval to Horizon Wind Energy and EDP Renewables' 216-megawatt wind project in Clinton County, N.Y. The Marble River Wind Farm is expected to use 3-megawatt turbines with heights of 492 feet, which would be the tallest in the state.
