Sen. Chuck Grassley, R-Iowa, said Tuesday that he plans to appeal to President Barack Obama for approval on increasing the ethanol blend limit in gasoline from E10 to E15. This comes after the Environmental Protection Agency announced it won't decide until at least September whether to allow the higher blend rate in the country's fuel supply. The delay means E15 won't be available to the public until at least 2011, Grassley said.
