"Air-chilled" chickens pack in the flavor

Specialty chicken producers are charging more for "air-chilled" poultry because the products retains no excess water and is more flavorful, according to chicken packers. Specialty meat retailers Maverick Ranch Natural Meats and D'Artagnan have seen a recent increase in air-chilled chicken sales.
