Hip Brooklyn eateries don't do reservations

A growing group of Brooklyn, N.Y.'s trendiest new restaurants have started a tradition of not taking reservations, resulting in long lines of patrons who are resigned to if not happy about the wait times. "It's a part of the culture, but also, it’s a business model that works for a lot of these restaurants," said Eater New York editor Greg Morabito.
