West, Texas, is suing the fertilizer company that had an explosion two months ago. "The city of West, literally ripped apart, suffered extensive damage to its infrastructure, real and personal property," the lawsuit says. The explosion damaged and destroyed facilities including a school and a park, and it resulted in 15 deaths as well as injuries to 160 people. The mayor of West has said that the city wasn't aware of the amount of volatile chemicals stored at the plant.
