ENDA doesn't have enough support to pass, Pelosi says

Even if supporters could force a vote on the Employment Non-Discrimination Act, the measure wouldn't pass the House, according to House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif., who spoke about the issue this weekend at the annual Netroots Nation conference. "[T]hat means we have to have mobilization outside from some of our Republican friends," Pelosi said. ENDA would ban employment discrimination against LGBT people.
