H&M's recycling strategy could boost consumer loyalty

Clothing retailer H&M has started offering discounts to customers who turn in their old clothes for recycling, which could reduce the chain's overall environmental impact and boost brand loyalty. "We don't want clothes to become waste; we want them to become a resource instead," says sustainability manager Henrik Lampa.
