No deal for man in illegal buttocks injection case

A judge in Miami rejected a plea deal for Ron Oneal Morris, who is charged with practicing medicine without a license. Prosecutors say Morris allegedly injected women's buttocks with cement and an automotive tire inflation product and sealed incisions with household glue.
