Daughters inspire male execs to open leadership ranks to women

Male executives at companies such as Coca-Cola and Kraft say their daughters are a major impetus in their efforts to open up more top leadership opportunities to women. "My girls are 14 and 12, and to be genuine with you, I wake up every day and look into their eyes before I leave for work and try to make the path a little easier for them," said Fred Paglia, president of the North American division of Kraft Foods.
