Embry-Riddle students learn about biofuel through internship

Allison West and Deborah Farrell, both students at Florida's Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, are learning about biofuel through an internship with Larsen Motorsports High Performance Vehicles Research & Development Center. The students are helping to develop aviation biofuel derived from peanut oil. "It didn't smell like fries, but different than the normal jet fuel," said West.
