Effective communication between retailers, suppliers and manufacturers is the key to building a successful retail relationship, supply chain experts say. "Manufacturers, suppliers, retailers, consumers -- for that to work effectively, everyone has to be in sync. The only way to be in sync and work in harmony is by sharing information," said Joe Hamza, Tedeschi Food Shops' vice president of sales and marketing.
