Hepatitis A outbreak tied to berry mix affects 122 people

Across eight states, 122 people ages 2 to 84 have been affected by the hepatitis A outbreak linked to the Townsend Farms Organic Antioxidant Blend frozen berry and pomegranate mix sold at Costco stores. Although 54 people were hospitalized, there have been no reported deaths.
