Meningococcal vaccine in pregnancy is not linked to serious risks

CDC researchers looked at data from the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System and found no evidence that meningococcal vaccine during pregnancy was linked to serious adverse events. The findings appear in the American Journal of Obstetrics and Gynecology.
