National Guard should defend U.S. against cyberattacks, general says

The National Guard Bureau is working with the National Security Agency and U.S. Cyber Command to form National Guard units that would defend against cyberattacks, according to Gen. Frank Grass, chief of the National Guard Bureau. The Senate is considering a bill that would call for the creation of such units.
