Neon Pegasus set to return to illuminate downtown Dallas

The neon Pegasus atop the Magnolia Hotel in downtown Dallas is being restored to its former glory by workers from Starlite Sign, which plans to light up the iconic winged horse on Friday for the first time since March. Workers have repaired the neon, but the turning mechanism that used to make the sign rotate will have to wait until money is raised to fund the more extensive repair, officials said.
