Obama's climate-change plan includes HFC reduction

President Barack Obama says he hopes to reduce use of harmful hydrofluorocarbons in refrigeration as part of a plan to address climate change. A document outlining the plan says Obama will direct the Environmental Protection Agency to "encourage private sector investment in low-emissions technology by identifying and approving climate-friendly chemicals while prohibiting certain uses of the most harmful chemical alternatives."
