Vilsack urges action on farm bill

U.S. Agriculture Secretary Tom Vilsack said lawmakers must continue working to approve a farm bill, after a surprise defeat last week. "Figure it out. Work with the other side," he said in comments aimed at Republicans. "It can be done. It needs to be done. ... The time for excuses is over."
