Wal-Mart to take over some Zellers leases from Target:

Wal-Mart has sealed a deal to take over leases on up to 39 of the Zellers stores in Canada that Target doesn't want. In January, Target announced a $1.84 billion deal to take over leases on up to 220 Zellers stores and open between 100 and 150 Target stores in Canada in 2013 and 2014.
